How much does it cost to become a member?
It's only $10 per year.

How do I become a member?
You have three choices.

  1. Download the membership form by clicking on the icon to the left, and then print out the form.  Follow the directions in the form.
  2. Fill out the online membership form and send your check to the address below.
  3. Attend a workshop or other event and become a member there.

When we receive your completed form with payment, we will notify you that you have successfully become a member of DWO!

Fill out the following form and then click "submit."  Then send your check to the address found at the bottom of the form.  When we have received your payment, you will be a member of DWO!  We will send a confirmation email to you.


Very important:  YOU DO NOT NEED TO PRINT THIS.  Just fill in the boxes ON YOUR COMPUTER and then click "submit" and we will get your information.  Simple!  If you would rather print the form and send it in, please use the word document in the upper left part of the screen.
